Hi, I’m Natalie Attenborough.
I am a qualified Meditation Practitioner and Teacher, and Certified Professional Coach, with a passion for personal development and healing. With over 25 years’ experience as a senior manager, mentor, educator and workplace coach, I have found my vocation supporting others on their own personal and professional paths.
We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for, and meditation is a powerful practice for building mental resilience and supporting your mental and physical well being.
